Who is responsible
This policy describes how the operator of arcnxus.com handles personal information in connection with music, prayer, children’s stories, books, community participation, and limited creative projects.
Legal operator: E-Communication Limited, a Hong Kong private company (Business Registration No. 63844786). Registered office: Flat A, 15/F, Hillier Commercial Building, 65–67 Bonham Strand East, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong (per the company’s 19 September 2025 Annual Return; current address to be reconfirmed before publication). Information we may collect
For a voluntary community signup: your email address and any name you provide; opt-in preferences; and subscription events.
For First 100: contact details, eligibility timestamp, duplicate-prevention and fulfillment status.
For Ten Personal EPs: contact details and the story or prayer theme you choose to submit, which may reveal sensitive beliefs, health matters or family situations. Please do not submit details about anyone else without permission or information you don’t want our production team to see.
For contact inquiries: the information in your message. For browsing: ordinary server log data and cookie-derived analytics, depending on actual settings.
Purpose and legal basis
We use registration information to respond to inquiries, assess eligibility, send confirmations, deliver requested music or announcements you specifically consented to receive, secure the site, and meet legal obligations. Community marketing email requires a separate, voluntary opt-in and may be withdrawn at any time.
For sensitive prayer or personal-story submissions, the form must obtain explicit informed consent before collection, where required by applicable law. Participating in the personal EP selection process must not require subscribing to unrelated marketing emails.
Who may receive information
Only authorized members of the Arc NXUS team and service providers necessary for website hosting, forms, subscriber management, secure storage and communications. Providers such as WordPress, a form-processing service, Zoho CRM/Campaigns, or email delivery platforms must be listed here only after their actual use and data-processing terms are verified. Embedded content and external websites are subject to their own policies.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only for the relevant purpose and applicable legal requirements. Subscriber details are removed or suppressed after unsubscribing as appropriate; selected applicants’ fulfillment records may be retained to establish eligibility and delivery; unused sensitive application narratives should be removed according to a defined short retention schedule. We aim to delete or anonymize information when no longer needed for the stated purpose, subject to legitimate record-keeping and legal requirements. We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and limit access to sensitive submissions.
Your choices and rights
You can request access, correction, withdrawal of consent, deletion where applicable, or information about processing by using the contact page. You may also unsubscribe from marketing at any time through the message itself. Depending on your jurisdiction, additional rights and complaint avenues may apply.
Children and third-party information
Our children’s media is designed for families, but signup and personalized-EP applications should be submitted by adults. We do not intentionally use these forms to collect personal data directly from children. A parent or guardian should contact us if a child’s information was submitted improperly.
International services and updates
Depending on the services used, information may be processed across borders, subject to applicable safeguards. The policy will be updated as the website evolves. We will update this notice as our systems and service providers change.
