Arc NXUS offers music, faith-based reflections, videos, family stories, books, creative collaborations, community opportunities and occasional promotional invitations. By using the site you agree to respect intellectual property, the safety and privacy of other participants, and applicable law.

Content and copyright

Unless a specific license says otherwise, the compositions, recordings, books, designs, characters, video, written material and trademarks belong to their respective rights holders. Personal listening access does not confer ownership or permission to republish, sell, redistribute or exploit the materials commercially. Do not upload material you don’t have a right to share.

The First 100 — private EP

This offer is intended for the first 100 valid and confirmed registrations under published eligibility rules. Duplicate or fraudulent registrations may be excluded. The private digital EP is for personal listening and will not be publicly distributed by Arc NXUS on Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music or other public streaming services. Because recipients can potentially share files or access links, absolute secrecy by third parties cannot be guaranteed.

Availability, exact delivery method, production timing and eligible countries must be stated before registration opens. No ownership of copyright transfers to recipients. If the campaign is free, it should clearly say so on the application and confirmation.

Ten personalized prayer EPs

Applications are invitations for consideration, not guaranteed orders. Ten applicants will be chosen according to published selection and eligibility rules; the process should explain when applicants will be notified. A selected recipient may be contacted to confirm the creative theme and whether the resulting music may ever be shared publicly. No private personal story will be published without separate, specific permission.

Creative interpretation and support

Music and prayer content are creative and faith-based expressions, not medical, legal, financial or mental-health advice. We cannot promise any specific personal, spiritual or therapeutic outcome. In an emergency, contact the appropriate local services rather than submitting an application.

Third-party services and purchases

Book and other retailer links may take visitors to independent services. Their terms, delivery, refunds, pricing, and privacy practices apply to purchases on their platforms. Sponsored or affiliate relationships should be disclosed where they exist.

Community conduct

Participation must be respectful. Do not harass, threaten, expose private information, impersonate others, submit spam, or exploit vulnerable people. Arc NXUS may moderate or remove harmful contributions and restrict participation for repeated violations.

Changes, liability and contact

We may update projects and terms as appropriate, subject to any rights already granted or confirmed. These terms do not exclude consumer rights or other protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
